Counsellor in Training Program

​​The purpose of the Counsellor in Training Program (CIT) is to provide youth with the opportunity to develop important leadership and interpersonal skills.  CITs are encouraged to utilize their strengths, build a strong rapport with day campers and demonstrate responsibility.

Eligibility

To qualify for the program you must be between the ages of 13 and 15 in the calendar year that the camp occurs in.

Application Process

All interested applicants are required to submit their resume by email or in person at the Museum, for those without internet access. These applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis due to the large interest in this program.

Confirmation

Please note that your acceptance into the program is not guaranteed and submission of your application does not confirm acceptance into the program. Once a decision has been made by the Education Department, you will be notified as to whether or not your application was successful.
