The Simcoe County Museum and the Historical Construction Equipment Association (H.C.E.A) of Canada are proud to present Last Blast. One of the Museum’s most popular events, Last Blast brings to life vintage construction equipment, tractors, classic trucks, steam-powered rollers, shovels, road-building equipment, and much more with live demonstrations and static displays for visitors of all ages and interests. Enjoy the fall weather as you stroll the museum grounds. Spend the day and fuel up at our concession stand, or bring your own lunch to enjoy at our covered picnic area. Don’t miss your last chance to see some of these incredible pieces in action before the snow flies! 

 

Event rates apply: Adults $8, youth and seniors $6, children $5, preschoolers and Museum members free.

​​​An Evening of Halloween

October 26-28, 2022

6:00 pm -8:30 pm

Calling ghosts, ghouls and goblins of all ages! Creep, float or crawl your way over to the Simcoe County Museum to experience the fangtastic family-friendly delights of An Evening of Halloween, our Halloween event for all ages. Scare-seekers can steel themselves for a walk along our Terror Trail – an outdoor haunted house that’s sure to raise the hairs on the back of your neck! If you’re too cute to spook, there’s still plenty for you to do on our lantern-lit grounds. Practice your trick-or-treating skills, navigate our straw bale maze and enjoy some family-friendly games. Be sure to dress for the weather and enjoy some great Hallowe’en fun!
