Camps

The Simcoe County Museum offers a wide range of P.A. Days, Winter Break, March Break and Summer day camps for children 6 years to 12 years old. Remember to book early as these camps are very popular and fill up quickly!

The Museum also offers a wide range of programs for Youth Groups such as Sparks, Brownies, Guides, Pathfinders, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

Day Camp Check List

March Break Day Camps

Camp runs 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and is suitable for children aged 6 - 12. Space is limited, register early to avoid disappointment. Register for one, two, or all five days.

Monday March 13 - Great White NorthMarch Break Day Camp - scroller with many maple leaves

Discover the vastness of Northern Canada by learning about some of the most unique places in the North. From the Klondike, to Nunavut to the Northwest Territories, enjoy all of what the north has to offer!

Tuesday March 14 - Spirit of the West

Ever wonder what the true meaning behind a totem pole was or what a grizzly bear and Sasquatch have in common? All will be revealed during our Canadian West Coast day!

Wednesday March 15 - Wide Open Spaces

Come to the Simcoe County Museum to discover Big Sky County. From polar bears to wheat fields to dinosaurs, see what makes the Prairies so awesome!

Thursday March 16 - Mighty Maritimers

Lobsters, Vikings and John Cabot; three things unique to Canada's East Coast. Learn how they have helped to shape the uniqueness of the Maritime Provinces.

Friday March 17 - Land of the Lakes

Maple syrup, Niagara Falls, Group of Seven and the luck of the Irish ….what do they all have in common? You'll find out at the Museum as we explore all things from Central Canada.
