The Simcoe County Museum offers a wide range of P.A. Days, Winter Break, March Break, Kids Clubs and Summer day camps for children 6 years to 12 years old. Remember to book early as these camps are very popular and fill up quickly!

The Museum also offers a wide range of programs for Youth Groups such as Sparks, Brownies, Guides, Pathfinders, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

Bring On Spring - May 3, 2019 (SCDSB and SMCDSB)
Forget the winter blahs and celebrate the return of spring with a nature walk, scavenger hunt, outdoor games and a springtime snack.

It's Alive! - May 31, 2019 (SCDSB)
Unleash your inner mad scientist and push the wackiest boundaries of scientific knowledge. Where else can you play with lightning, gravity and explosions all in one day?

Safari Staycation - June 7, 2019 (SMCDSB)
Take an extra vacation this spring by packing an exotic African safari into one fun day. Catch the poacher, learn safari skills, and see how many animals you can spot!

Vital Vegetation - June 28, 2019 (SCDSB and SMCDSB)
From eating to heating and everything in between, learn about the importance of plants to human life throughout history, from First Nations through the pioneers and right up to the present day.

My Summer Vacation:

Take a trip across the world with the Simcoe County Museum. Visit strange and exotic locations like Easter Island, Paris, and even travel to the moon! With the number of exciting things campers will do, you will need a scrapbook to remember this ultimate summer vacation.

A Pioneer Life:
Walk in the footsteps of the first settlers of Simcoe County and experience life as they did. Beginning in Europe, we will follow their journey across the ocean to Canada, and discover firsthand some of the daily chores and trades of the early settlers.
